Properties We currently maintain our principal executive office at 16F, Shihao Square, Middle Jiannan Blvd., High-Tech Zone, Chengdu, Sichuan, People’s Republic of China 610000, comprising an aggregate of 143 square meters under a lease agreement that expires on July 31, 2025 with a rent-free period from July 2024 to July 2025. We maintain another office for our Automobile Transaction and Related Services in the city of Changsha, China, comprising an aggregate of 650 square meters. We lease the office for a monthly rent of approximately $3,600 under a lease agreement that expired in May 2025. The Company had signed a renewal lease agreement subsequently on April 21, 2025 with lease term started from June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2027. We also lease a parking lot for automobiles in Changsha, with an area of 1,800 square meters and the monthly rent for the parking lot is approximately $1,400. We consider our current facilities adequate for our current operations.
