ITEM 2—PROPERTIES
We own no real property. We lease approximately 6,000 square feet of office space at our principal executive office located at ONE Copley Parkway, Suite 490, Morrisville, North Carolina 27560. The current rent is approximately $10,400 per month.
We believe that our existing facilities are adequate to meet our current needs, and that suitable additional alternative spaces will be available in the future on commercially reasonable terms.
