Our
corporate headquarters and the location of our Finance Receivables segment are in Dallas, Texas, where we lease approximately 2,400 square
feet of space. The Pharmaceutical Development segment’s headquarters is located in Boonton, New Jersey, where Enteris leases
approximately 32,000 square feet of space. We believe these facilities are adequate for our business requirements.
