From time to time, Starz is involved in certain claims and legal proceedings arising in the normal course of business. While the resolution of these matters cannot be predicted with certainty, Starz does not believe, based on current knowledge, that the outcome of any currently pending legal proceedings in which Starz is currently involved will have a material adverse effect on Starz’s consolidated financial position, results of operations or cash flow.
