+Added: On May 7, 2024, we, as the sublandlord, entered into a sublease agreement, or the Sublease, with GeneFab, LLC, as the subtenant for approximately 7,177 rentable square feet, or RSF, of certain space located at our corporate headquarters, Two Corporate Drive, First Floor, South San Francisco, CA 94080.
