Dividends
We paid a total of approximately $4.3 million
in cash dividends during fiscal year 2020, and $4.2 million in fiscal year 2019 as set forth in the table below. We expect to pay
quarterly dividends of $0.06 per share of common stock each quarter, subject to declaration by our Board of Directors. However,
there can be no assurances that our Board of Directors will continue the dividend distributions for any specified number of quarters.
