Item 2. Properties.
Our principal executive office is located in Long Beach, California, where we lease a warehouse that is approximately 105,000 square feet, that serves as our headquarters, distribution center, manufacturing facility, and production facility. We also lease approximately 23,000 square feet of additional office space in Long Beach, California, of which approximately 15,000 square feet is sublet to a sublessee.
We occupy an experience center in New York, and outside of the United States, we lease office and/or warehouse space in Australia, Spain, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Mexico for employees in those markets.
We believe our present facilities are suitable and adequate for our current operating needs. We do not own any real property.
