After
the consummation of the Sale of Business in January 2024, the Company was required to pay RSports a monthly amount for shared lease space
and certain IT support services at the same address at $1,000 per month. This agreement was on a month-to-month basis and could be terminated
upon notice to RSports prior to the next monthly payment. The Company terminated this arrangement on December 31, 2025. On January 1,
2026, the Company commenced an office space license to use designated office space at 200 S. Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33131. The short-term
lease is a 12 month agreement for professional office space for a monthly fee of $165. The agreement may be terminated by the Company
upon a written notice provided five (5) days in advance prior to the last day of the least term. If the agreement is not terminated by
the Company, the lease will continue on a month-to-month basis.
