corporate headquarters is a leased office located at 1901 Avenue of the Stars, 2 nd Floor, Los Angeles, California 90067. Our
office and laboratory space at 2224A Sierra Meadows Drive, Rocklin, California 95677 requires a lease payment of approximately $2,700
per month under a lease agreement that expires on March 31, 2022. We believe our current facilities are adequate to support our corporate
strategy over the next 12 months.
