Effective as of September 3, 2020, the Company adopted RF Industries, Ltd. 2020 Equity Incentive Plan (the “2020 Plan”) pursuant to which the Company is authorized to grant awards for up to 1,250,000 shares of common stock, following approval of the 2020 Plan by the Company’s stockholders at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on September 3, 2020. A detailed description of the 2020 Plan is contained in the Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A, which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 22, 2020, as supplemented on August 6, 2020, under the caption “Proposal No. 2 – To approve the RF Industries, Ltd. 2020 Equity Incentive Plan,” and is incorporated herein by reference.
