ITEM 2. PROPERTIES Ralliant’s corporate headquarters is located in Raleigh, North Carolina, in a leased facility, which lease, as of December 31, 2025, had not yet commenced. As of December 31, 2025, the Company’s facilities included 29 significant facilities, which are used for manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, research and development, general administrative, and/or sales functions. Particularly outside the United States, facilities may serve more than one business segment and may be used for multiple purposes, such as administration, sales, manufacturing, warehousing, and/or distribution. The Company considers its facilities suitable and adequate for the purposes for which they are used and does not anticipate difficulty in renewing existing leases as they expire or in finding alternative facilities. The Company believes its properties and equipment have been well-maintained. Please refer to Note 8 to the consolidated and combined financial statements included in this Annual Report for additional information with respect to the Company’s lease commitments.
