Stockholders As of the close of business on February 15, 2022, there were two stockholders of record of our common stock. The number of stockholders of record is based upon the actual number of stockholders registered at such date and does not include holders of shares in “street names” or persons, partnerships, associates, or corporations, or other entities identified in security listings maintained by depositories. Dividends We have never declared or paid any cash dividends.
