 We are routinely engaged in various litigation and other legal matters that are part of, or incidental to, our ordinary course of business and we have a number of unresolved lawsuits and open matters pending resolution. While the ultimate liability with respect to these matters and claims cannot be determined at this time, we believe that losses, damages, or liabilities, if any, and other amounts relating to pending matters are not likely to be material to our consolidated financial position or results of operations.
