Our primary executive offices and insurance operations are located in La Jolla, California, which occupy approximately 22,000 square feet of office space for annual rent and rent-related operating payments of approximately $1.0 million with the lease expiring in 2034. We also have an office in Edina, Minnesota, which occupies 7,457 square feet of office space for annual rent and rent-related operating payments of approximately $0.2 million. The lease for this space expires in 2027.
We do not own any real property. We believe that our facilities are adequate for our current needs.
