Our corporate headquarters is located in Austin, Texas, where, in June 2022, we entered into a lease agreement for approximately 7,458 square feet of professional office space. We also currently lease professional office facilities in Irvine, California, which we are currently subleasing. We may also further sublease certain of these facilities where space is not fully utilized.
We currently do not anticipate difficulty in either retaining occupancy of any of our facilities through lease renewals prior to expiration or through month-to-month occupancy arrangements or replacing them with equivalent facilities. We believe that our existing facilities are suitable and adequate for our present purposes.
