Our corporate headquarters are located in Ness
Ziona, Israel. During the second quarter of 2021, we moved into a new 28,610 square feet facility of office and laboratory space, including
a new 6,500 square foot manufacturing facility. The lease expires in 2025, with an option to extend the term by five years. This facility
has been designed with the capacity to produce clinical quantities of our product candidates required for clinical development. We also
lease 3,770 square feet of office space located in Connecticut. We believe our facilities are sufficient to meet our current needs.
