ITEM 2. PROPERTIES
Our corporate headquarters is located at 1359 Broadway, New York, New York 10018, under a sublease that commenced in September 2019 and expires in May 2029. In February 2022, we entered into a lease, which is expected to expire in the first quarter of 2035, for additional space in the same location and also for continued occupancy of our current space after the current sublease expires. We use our headquarters for administration, sales and marketing and client support.
