We operate 50 leased facilities
that are used to park, repair and maintain transport vehicles. All of our facilities are leased from other parties and, in three cases,
those parties are former owners or affiliates of the Founding Companies. Many of our facilities are capable of being utilized at higher
capacities, if necessary. We will seek to consolidate facilities and vehicle storage capacity in the future.
