Item 2. Properties Our facilities consist of leased office space, laboratory space and manufacturing facilities. Effective January 1, 2026, we entered into a sublease for approximately 24,000 square feet of office space located at 14 Crosby Drive in Bedford, Massachusetts. The lease commenced on January 1, 2026 and will expire on March 30, 2031. We expect this location will become our company headquarters.
