We currently maintain our executive offices at 333 South Grand Avenue, 28th Floor, Los Angeles, California 90071. The cost for our use of this
space is included in the $25,000 per month fee we pay to our sponsor for office space, administrative and support services. We consider our current office space adequate for our current operations.
