ITEM 2. PROPERTIES
Our global headquarters and operating center is located in Root, Switzerland, our U.S. operating center is located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and our research and development operations are located in Haifa, Israel, all of which are leased. In December 2021 we acquired a property in downtown Portsmouth, New Hampshire that will become our U.S. flagship location. Construction on the property is expected to be completed in 2023. We also lease additional office and warehouse space across North America, Europe, Israel and Japan. We believe that our current facilities are adequate for our present purposes, but we may need additional space as we continue to grow and expand our operations. We believe that suitable additional or alternative office, laboratory, and manufacturing space would be available as required in the future on commercially reasonable terms.
