As of August 31, 2026, we had $ 1,145,136 in cash and a working capital deficit of $3,195,601, and our operating activities used $4.8 million of cash during the six months then ended. Our existing cash and anticipated revenues are not sufficient to fund our operations, and we estimate that we will require a minimum of $5.5 million over the next twelve months, which excludes the scheduled installments on the Lind Note described below. Our current sources of additional capital are limited to (i) advances under our $3.5 million line of credit with Monaco Investment Partners II, LP ("MIP"), an entity controlled by the Chairman of our Board, of which $485,000 was drawn after August 31, 2026 and (ii) sales of common stock under our at-the-market offering agreement with Titan Partners Securities LLC. Neither is assured, and we have no other committed sources of financing. If we are unable to obtain financing on acceptable terms, we may be required to delay, limit or terminate our operations and may lose our Nasdaq listing.
In light of the foregoing, there is substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern within one year after the date that these financial statements are issued.
