Our
headquarters are located in Tel Aviv, Israel, where we lease a 1,750 square meter office and manufacturing facility that has the capacity
to manufacture and assemble 1,200 stents per month, based upon the production schedule of one shift per day. We believe that our current
facility is sufficient to meet anticipated future demand by adding additional shifts to our current production schedule.
