We
currently lease office space in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, and Los Gatos, California to accommodate our finance and administrative functions
as well as laboratory space accommodating our research and development operations. We believe that our existing facilities are adequate
for our immediate needs and can accommodate our anticipated growth. We believe that, should it be needed, additional space can be leased
to accommodate any future growth.
