We are routinely involved in legal proceedings and litigation arising in the ordinary course of our business. In the opinion of our management, the outcome of such proceedings and other litigation currently pending will not materially affect our consolidated operations, cash flows, or financial condition. However, the litigation process is subject to many uncertainties, and the outcome of individual matters is not predictable with assurance.
