ITEM 2 . PROPERTIES . We operate manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and in multiple foreign countries. Our world headquarters, including general offices and laboratory, experimental and prototype facilities, is located in Racine, Wisconsin. We have additional technical support functions located in Grenada, Mississippi; Allen, Texas; Leeds, United Kingdom; Pocenia, Italy; Guadalajara, Spain; Söderköping, Sweden; Mezökövesd, Hungary; Sao Paulo, Brazil; Changzhou, China; and Chennai, India. The table below summarizes the number of manufacturing facilities within each of our operating segments as of March 31, 2025. We consider all of our facilities and equipment to be well maintained and suitable for their purposes. We review our manufacturing capacity regularly and make the determination as to our need to expand or, conversely, rationalize our facilities as necessary to meet changing market conditions and our operating needs. ​
