Sakys , Senior Vice President of Continuous Improvement Brian Archbold , and Chief Accounting Officer Lyndsey Crennen entered into a written plan for the sale of Mesa's securities intended to satisfy the affirmative defense conditions of Exchange Act Rule 10b5 - 1 (c) (each, a "Rule 10b5 - 1 trading arrangement").
