Company does not own any real estate or other properties. The Company maintains an operating lease for its office space and operating
facility. The lease has a remaining term of 80 months. We believe this to be sufficient to meet our needs for the foreseeable future
and that any additional space we may require will be available on commercially reasonable terms.
