Our corporate headquarters are
located in Boston, Massachusetts, where we lease and occupy approximately 37,500 square feet of space. The lease for this facility expires
on October 7, 2025. We also operate an additional office in Chapel Hill, North Carolina that is approximately 2,000 square feet and
supports assay development for Rebel and ZipChip. The lease for this facility expires on November 30, 2022. We also operated an additional
office in Campbell, California that is approximately 1,500 square feet and supports our west coast employees. The lease for this facility
expired on February 28, 2021. We believe that our facilities meet our current and future anticipated needs for the foreseeable future.
