Other Information Insider Trading Arrangements During the three months ended June 30, 2024, none of our directors or executive officers adopted or terminated a “Rule 10b5-1 trading arrangement” or “non-Rule 10b5-1 trading arrangement,” as each term is defined in Item 408(a) of Regulation S-K. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement On July 30, 2024, we entered into a new Office Lease (the “Agreement”) with RFL No. 4 Limited Partnership for our existing 25,000 square-foot office space in The Woodlands, Texas. The term of the new lease begins on September 1, 2025 and extends through January 1, 2031, providing for escalating yearly base rent payments starting at $773,724 and increasing to $875,398 in the final year of the lease.
