The number of beneficial owners may be substantially greater than the number of stockholders of record because our Common Stock may be held in “street name” by brokers, banks, and other financial institutions. Dividends We have not paid any dividends on our Common Stock to date. The payment of cash dividends in the future will be dependent upon revenues and earnings, if any, capital requirements and general financial condition from time to time.
