ITEM 2. PROPERTIES
We lease approximately 25,000 square feet in The Woodlands, Texas for our corporate headquarters; this lease expires in 2028. In addition, to adequately meet the needs of our operations, we lease offices in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Washington. See “ Business—Land Acquisition Policies and Development ” for a summary of the other property which we owned or controlled as of December 31, 2023.
