ITEM 3. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS 

 We are a party to various legal actions that arose in the ordinary course of our business. We recognize accruals for any legal action when we conclude that a loss is probable and reasonably estimable. We did not have any material accruals for any legal proceedings in our consolidated balance sheet as of December 31, 2024, except for the class action settlement, as we could not predict the ultimate outcome of these matters, or reasonably estimate any possible loss or range of loss. For a discussion of our legal proceedings, refer to Note 12, Commitments and Contingencies , to the consolidated financial statements.
