ITEM 2. PROPERTIES
We currently utilize office space at 826 Collins Avenue, Suite 201, Miami, Florida 33139, provided by an affiliate of our sponsor. We reimburse such affiliate in an amount equal to $12,500 per month for office space, utilities and secretarial and administrative support made available to us. Upon completion of our initial business combination or our liquidation, we will cease paying these monthly fees.
We consider our current office space adequate for our current operations.
ITEM 3. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
We are not a party to and none of our property is subject to any material pending legal proceedings.
