As of March 31, 2026, there were no remaining funds authorized or available for stock repurchases under this program. On February 3, 2026, the Company announced a new program to repurchase up to $200.0 million of the Company’s common stock, which was approved by the Board of Directors on January 29, 2026. As of March 31, 2026, remaining availability under this repurchase program was $100.0 million. The program does not obligate the Company to acquire a minimum amount of shares and may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time at the Company’s discretion. The program does not have an expiration date. The above table excludes shares repurchased to settle employee tax withholding related to the vesting of stock awards. Item 3.
