The program did not obligate the Company to acquire a minimum amount of shares and may have been modified, suspended or discontinued at any time at the Company’s discretion. The program did not have an expiration date. As of December 31, 2025, there were no remaining funds authorized or available for stock repurchases. The above table excludes shares repurchased to settle employee tax withholding related to the vesting of stock awards. On February 3, 2026, the Company announced a new program to repurchase up to $200.0 million of the Company’s common stock which was approved by the Board of Directors on January 29, 2026.
