Item 2. Properties.
Our principal offices are located in Golden Valley, Minnesota, where we lease approximately 116,000 square feet of office space. We also lease warehouse space adjacent to our principal office. We lease these spaces under non-cancelable operating lease agreements that expire May 31, 2035, with options to renew for two additional periods of five years each. We intend to add new facilities as we grow, and we believe that suitable additional or substitute space will be available as needed to accommodate any such expansion of our operations.
