Our corporate headquarters are located in Oxfordshire, United Kingdom, where we currently lease facilities containing our research and development, laboratory and office space, which consists of approximately 123,000 square feet. Our leases expire between 2037 and 2043, although there are break points at which we may terminate the leases prior to the termination date under certain conditions.
In addition, we lease an aggregate of approximately 36,000 square feet of office space in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, and Rockville and Gaithersburg, Maryland. We also lease approximately 240 square feet of office space in Dublin, Ireland and approximately 120 square feet in Suurstoffi, Switzerland.
We anticipate leasing additional office and laboratory space as we add employees and continue to grow as a commercial-stage organization. We believe that suitable additional or substitute space will be available as needed to accommodate any such expansion of our operations.
