Our executive offices are located at 1010 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 1604, Los Angeles, California 90017. Our executive offices are provided to us by our Sponsor, and we have agreed to pay our Sponsor up to $20,000 per month during the Completion Window for office space, secretarial and administrative services. We consider our current office space adequate for our current operations.

There is no material litigation, arbitration or governmental proceeding currently pending against us or any members of our management team in their capacity as such.
