On August 4, 2025 , Beth A. Costello , Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer , adopted a Rule 10b5-1 trading arrangement that is intended to satisfy the affirmative defense of Rule 10b5-1(c) for the potential exercise of vested stock options and associated sale of up to 35,339 shares of the Company's common stock between January 2, 2026 and July 31, 2026 (or the date on which all shares have been sold), subject to certain conditions.
On August 25, 2025 , Adin M. Tooker , President , adopted a Rule 10b5-1 trading arrangement that is intended to satisfy the affirmative defense of Rule 10b5-1(c) for the potential exercise of vested stock options and associated sale of up to 23,933 shares of the Company's common stock between November 26, 2025 and August 14, 2026 (or the date on which all shares have been sold), subject to certain conditions.
