As of the date of this report, we owned and/or operated eighteen distribution centers and cross-docks with a total of approximately 1.3 million square feet of warehouse space including approximately 400 thousand square feet of refrigerated storage utilizing a mix of leased (31%) and owned (69%) facilities for distribution, warehousing inventory, service and administrative functions. The table below lists the aggregate square footage, by state for these operating facilities as of December 31, 2023. We also lease office space for a corporate location in Los Angeles, California. We believe that, in the aggregate, our real estate is suitable and adequate to serve the needs of our business.
