HCIC
does not own any real estate or other physical properties materially important to HCIC’s operation. HCIC currently maintains a
principal executive office at 195 US Hwy 50, Suite 207 Zephyr Cove, Nevada 89448. The cost for this space is included in the $15,000
per-month aggregate fee an affiliate of the sponsor charges HCIC for general and administrative services. HCIC considers its current
office space, combined with the other office space otherwise available to its executive officers, adequate for HCIC’s current operations.

3. Legal Proceedings.
To
the knowledge of HCIC’s management, there is no litigation currently pending against HCIC, any of its officers or directors in
their capacity as such, or against any of its property.
