ITEM 2. PROPERTIES
As of March 30, 2024, our global headquarters are located in Boston, Massachusetts and our principal manufacturing centers are located in Pennsylvania and California within the U.S., as well as internationally in Mexico, M alaysia and Canada. Our products are distributed worldwide from primary distribution centers in Tennessee, Utah and Switzerland, as well as smaller locations globally. We believe all of these facilities are well-maintained and suitable for the operations conducted in them. These facilities produce and manufacture products for more than one of our business segments.
The following is a summary of our facilities as of March 30, 2024 (in approximate square feet):
