Shareholders As of March 3, 2025, there were approximately 57 shareholders of record of our common stock. Because many shares of our common stock are held by brokers and other institutions on behalf of stockholders, we are unable to estimate the total number of stockholders represented by these holders of record. Dividends We currently intend to continue to pay a regular monthly dividend of $0.02533 per share ($0.30396 per share annually). However, our future dividend policy is subject to our compliance with applicable law, and is dependent on, among other things, our results of operations, financial condition, level of indebtedness, capital requirements, contractual restrictions, restrictions in our debt agreements and on the terms of any preferred stock we may issue in the future, business prospects and other factors that our board of directors may deem relevant.
