Our corporate headquarters are located in San Diego, California, where we currently lease approximately 63,667 square feet of office, laboratory and vivarium space. We use our corporate headquarters primarily for corporate, research, development, clinical, regulatory, manufacturing and quality functions. Our lease for this facility expires in January 2025. We believe that our facilities are adequate to meet our current needs, and that suitable additional alternative spaces will be available in the future on commercially reasonable terms, if required.
