Rental Properties
As of December 31, 2023, the Company had 61 rental properties, consisting of the real property associated with 34 gaming and related facilities operated by PENN, the real property associated with 6 gaming and related facilities operated by Caesars, the real property associated with 4 gaming and related facilities operated by Boyd, the real property associated with 3 gaming and related facilities operated by the Cordish Companies, the real property associated with 4 gaming and related facilities operated by Casino Queen, 9 gaming and related facilities operated by Bally's and 1 gaming facility under construction that upon opening is intended to be managed by Hard Rock. Corporate Office
The Company's corporate headquarters building is located in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania and is owned by the Company.
