Unregistered Sales of Equi ty Securities and Use of Proceeds The Company’s Share Incentive Plan allows employees to surrender the Company’s class A common shares as payment for the tax liability incurred upon the vesting of restricted stock. There were 4,781 shares surrendered by the Company’s employees during the quarter ended March 31, 2022.
