There were approximately 286 holders of record of FRP Holdings, Inc. common stock, $.10 par value, as of December 31, 2024. A substantially greater number of holders of our common stock are “street name” or beneficial holders, whose shares are held by banks, brokers and other financial institutions. The Company's common stock is traded on the Nasdaq Stock Market (Symbol FRPH).

Dividends. The Company has not paid a cash dividend in the past and it is the present policy of the Board of Directors not to pay a cash dividend.
