The FFie Factory California manufacturing and production facility encompasses approximately 1.1 million square feet and is expected to have the capacity to support the production of up to 10,000 vehicles per year upon completion. In February 2026, the Company executed a new lease agreement with a six-year term in El Segundo, California which will replace the Gardena lease and leased an office space in New York on a short term basis.
