 At December 31, 2025, we conducted our banking business through our corporate headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts and 139 branch offices located in eastern Massachusetts, southern New Hampshire and Rhode Island. In addition, Eastern Bank occupies four administrative/operational offices. At December 31, 2025, we leased 93 of our offices, and the total net book value of our land, buildings, furniture, fixtures and equipment was $120.0 million.
